The Red River
This tumblog is dedicated to the seldom known but fantastic manga, Red River or Anatolia Story. The original title, Sora wa Akai Kawa no Hotori, was published between 1995 to 2002.
With a total of 28 volumes, Red River is a fantastic story of a girl transported to ancient Anatolia (now Turkey) through black magic by the schemes of Nakia, a malicious queen. Through the help of Anatolia's prince, Kail, and various princes, princesses and commoners, Yuri tries to find her way home to modern day Japan.
This is a fantastic story. Pick it up or read it online if you can! It's worth the read!
